Wilmington Turns ONE!
Hard to believe it, but our Wilmington clinic is turning one! We have had a great year in the new office, and are looking forward to this next year in Wilmington. Wilmington has been incredibly welcoming in our first year there and we can’t thank all of our patients enough!
Dr. Paige is Returning!
We are excited to announce the return of Dr. Paige to both clinics! Check to see her new schedule availability as her online booking schedule has been opened up. Please note: Dr. Paige will currently only see existing patients. Dr. David will continue to see all new patients at both offices! If you are able to reserve an appointment with Dr. Paige, there is a chance you get to meet Kobie! As Dr. Paige continues to return to Holly Ridge, Dr. David will slowly transition out of Holly Ridge but will be happy to continue to treat his patients or those that prefer his treatment in Wilmington. Fee Schedule Changes
Our growth this past year has been great! In the next quarter we are going to start implementing a new fee schedule at both clinics. For most existing patients, our “Established Patient Chiropractic Adjustment” appointment will remain the same. Please note, our fee schedule is subject to change for any treatment or product we offer at Salt and Spine Chiropractic. As a reminder, our therapies are calculated as an additional charge based on the individual treatment plan. Our fee schedule changes (excluding therapies) are as follows:
New Patient Exam and First Treatment: $115
Re-examination (existing patients that have not been seen in 6 months): $85
Dry needling and Chiropractic adjustment: $130
Shockwave therapy and Chiropractic adjustment (bundle price discount): $130
Shockwave therapy (therapy only): $85
These increases will be implemented on 10/15/2025.
Fullscript Integration
Many of our patients have already had exposure to our Fullscript integration! We are thrilled to be able to offer our patients access to verified, high-quality supplement brands. Not only do these help with our care, but they can also really help with daily wellness with long-term benefits. Our Fullscript integration into our offices offers access to these supplements at a discount, making it more affordable to make these important lifestyle changes! If you are interested or have any questions regarding our new Fullscript dispensary access, please ask one of us at your follow-up appointments! We will tailor a plan that best suits your needs and provide necessary information regarding your own path to wellness. Here is the Fullscript site if you have an account already and need a refill!
Spinal Orthotics
Some of our patients have been recommended to utilize spinal orthotics as an ongoing treatment therapy for postural changes or spinal curvature correction. X-ray imaging is necessary for these cases to ensure our placement of the orthotics benefits your spine in the long-term. If you think you may be a candidate for this form of therapy, we are happy to examine you first, and we refer to Delaney Imaging in Wilmington for the X-rays. If you have imaging records, as long as they are less than 2 years old, we are happy to apply the information to your prescription. We have started providing access to these orthotics at both of our offices! If you have any questions regarding the orthotics, feel free to reach out to us for an examination to see if you would benefit from usage of them!
